Let us know in advance

If your business is relocating, please tell us at least 30 days before your moving date. That gives us time to make sure your energy supply moves with you.

Here’s what we need from you:

• Email hello@urbanchain.co.uk with your account number, current address, new address, and moving date

• Send us final meter readings from your old premises on the day you move out

At your new place

Want to stay with UrbanChain at your new site? Great – we’ll:

• Set up your new supply so it’s ready when you arrive

• Ask you to send opening meter readings within 5 days of moving in

• Usually carry over your existing contract terms

If the site is with another supplier, we’ll help with the switch to make sure there’s no disruption.

After the move

Once we get your final readings, we’ll send a closing bill for your old premises. If you’re staying with us, we’ll create a new account for your new address with the right rates and charges.
