What the terms mean
Class - This is the measurement class of your meter, which depends on how much energy you use.
Supplier led - We handle the agent stuff for you, so you don't have to worry about appointing anyone. You'll see the charges when we send the invoice.
Direct - You’ve got a contract with your agent, and you're paying them directly. We don’t charge for this, but make sure to send us a copy of your contract so we can take care of the agent appointments when we step in.
Nominated - Just tell us which agent you want, and if they fit, we’ll get them on board. We manage the appointment and pay the agent, and you’ll see the charges on the invoice.
MOP - meter operator
